Look like another GNBT. Are these companies really out of their minds? In its release titled:

Osiris Legal Team Responds to False and Misleading Story by TheStreet.com

It said:

The correspondence to which the story referred was an “Untitled Letter” which FDA uses as a mechanism for initial correspondence that does not meet the standard for regulatory significance.

If it weren't to "meet the standard for regulatory significance", why would they release PR this morning titled:

Osiris and FDA Reach Agreement on Regulatory Pathway for Biosurgery Products
