Of course there was hiding going on with Wang. If it weren't for a call or email to the TA for stoa, no one would know about Wang's 500% increase in the authorized share count. That's not transparency. That is shadiness, just like the plunge in the STOA pps at the now .0003-.0004 as compared to the .03 prince range that it was trading at last year at this time.
I think filing on time 10Qs, 10Ks and 8-Ks as things develop, is the very nature of transparency.
The 10Qs always show the A/S at the time they are filed, there isn't any "hiding" going on
