There is always that risk down here. I see no indication of that, as the private placements are locked up for 12 months and I think the holders would sue if they got reversed with their holdings.

All IMO.....to me the .0003 reward possibilty out weighs the risk with a company that has revenue in the millions, files on time, and has large Chinese clients.
