The details get messy but BVR is one of the founding fathers of the MNVN/EFIR conjoined twin. This filing might look, on the surface to have nothing to do with MNVN but as we all witnessed the mysterious common stock subscription earlier this year come and go without expanation from MNVN in it's filings....

There seems to be no end to share issuance for these cash strapped companies but the insiders seem to be doing quite well somehow.
