Best to protect any newcomers from Treaty and pals to keep them from losing their money. Treaty never has and most likely never will make investors any money. All one has to do to verify it is to read any of Treaty's SEC filings. They are a matter of public record and no one would have to believe a part time penny stock advisor. Just read the filings. Zero money made for shareholders. Nothing.....nada......zip. But Treaty keeps on drilling......shareholders, that is.
