lonestar.. it is interesting that the pps of TDYH is not holding at least 4.00, as far as trusting the company goes, the people that I have talked to at the company are more ethical than almost any other company exec's I have had discussions with. My guess here (and it is only a guess) that some investors want to cut and run at this price rather than wait another 90 days...the company exec's that hold the 22 million+ part of the float are locked up under 144 restrictions and cannot sell into the market... there were alot of friends and family of the principles got into this stock when it went public at 1.50 so it could be cut the profit now rather than wait... I am expecting an announcement sometime on friday from the new buyer and that may juice the share price a little as the buy out company shareholders see the value.. why they sold at such a low price baffles me,, the two year potential is worth over twice the sell out price not counting future earnings or any premium for the sector they are in..
