Isn't this kind of odd that an analyst for JPM would come out and say this before the jury even comes to a verdict?

Suppose he expects Q to settle this and pay up right after the filing for motion for injunction or the threat of that possibility.

Wonder what kind of forward royalty we're looking at here?

Next week should very well be interesting...

did Mr. Parker ever mention anything about a Special Dividend after the trial and settlement in any of his interviews?

we can only hope, would love to see the shorts reaction to that!
