TWTRQ was halted last week after making a similar move over a ticker mixup (somehow got mixed up with Twitter IPO). It then opened up under a new ticker (THEGQ) this week and took off again to .10. I bought some .02's and sold in the .08 range. I have a feeling that the same group is behind both of these.
