Anti-thrombin bleeding rates

Dew,
Are you surprised at the seemingly significant bleeding rates with anti-thrombin administration?
snip:
Bleeding complications in AT-treated patients with and without DIC were higher compared with placebo (major bleeding rates: 7.0% vs. 5.2% for patients with DIC, P = 0.6; 9.8% vs. 3.1% for patients without DIC, P = 0.02).

I don't recall ever hearing about bleeding complication in the Atryn studies to date. Granted, patients with sepsis and DIC and incomparable to perioperative and peripartum patients with high risk for thrombosis. But, I wonder if this is going to be an Atryn complication seen after approval.
