i dont see this thing going anywhere until next year if ever. Da Silva doesnt go to court until mid January now. and i believe they are waiting for that to get resolved before they do anything. here is an email from the reporter following the da silva story.

"Hello Sir,

I am in receipt of your inquiry about the Aquablue saga, and Manuel da Silva.

The latest has Mr. de Silva’s court dates being pushed into the new year, so there is nothing to report at this time.

The next step is scheduled on January 16th at the Laval Court of justice.
