Even if A/S are maxed out at 100 mil, that leaves it being a 300K market cap with insiders owning at least 30% and perhaps much more. No convertibles that I can see. No deals with toxic financiers. No promoters. Only negative I see if you can call it one, is the "Limited" designation on pinksheets. I remember Cutler had a shell (shoot can't remember the name off the top of my head) that became a 20 bagger in like a day or two after news.
