If no warning label, someone could sue.

Based on what one hears/reads about lawsuits, I could see the following:

Some lawyer will see this story, look at Dixie Elixir's packaging, and if there is no warning on the bottle itself as to the potency and possible effects on virgin THC users, he will:

1) Contact the two employees of the restaurant to get them to hire him to initiate a civil lawsuit against Mr. Funes.

2) He will then add Dixie as a defendant of the lawsuit because they didn't have a warning on the bottle telling Mr. Funes that he shouldn't give Dixie to people who weren't prior users.

Since Dixie is perceived to have deep pockets, if a lawyer goes after Funes, he'll go after Dixie.

Of course, Dixie/Red Dice/Left Bank/MJNA should have insurance to cover this kind of thing.
