Jim says he needed a stock to take Nieman's place in a well balanced portfolio. He believes that the stock can go to $25, possibly even $30. He feels that its not a good co, but rather a good turn around story. He likes the brand name, and believes that the new inventory system will help the cos numbers - he sees potential for margin improvement.
