Russell Cleveland, is the Founder, President, and CEO of RENN Capital Group, Inc. (“RENN”), and RENN Global Entrepreneurs Fund, Inc.  Russell has more than 45 years experience in the investment business, of which 34 years has been spent as a portfolio manager specializing in the investment of common stocks and convertibles of small private and publicly traded companies. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Mr. Cleveland has served as President of the Dallas Association of Investment Analysts and during the course of his career has served on numerous boards of directors of public and private companies. Mr. Cleveland currently serves on the Boards of Directors of RENN Global, RUSGIT, CaminoSoft Corp., Cover-All Technologies, Inc., Integrated Security Systems, Inc., and Access Plans, Inc. Mr. Cleveland has appeared numerous times as a small cap analyst on CNBC and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. He is the author of a new soon to be released investment book, “Finding Midas” “The Way to Mega Stock Gains.”
