A stockholder can call anyone they want and if they are protecting their investment should call. Of course people can refuse to talk. An accountant very well could answer a question such as ..."are there different accounting procedures from private and public companies" " If a company merges with another at the end of the year are the sales prorated or does the entire year apply"

Why would you worry about an investor calling an account? You know that it was I who called yesterday. Why would the owner get pissed off with a stockholder asking questions. He didn't have to answer them. But he did. I even left my number and he called me back. His was happy to discuss the quality of applelights PR also.
