The territoy limitation cuts both ways. While it prevents DRHC from using the Throwdown trademark internationally, it also prevents Throwdown from either duplicating the formula for international sales or profiting from the drink WHEN it proves successful and is ripe for international launch. DRHC is free to negotiate at that time with other companies for international sales, but Throwdown has right of first refusal.
