determination of whether, on the whole, given the often terrible choices facing
cancer patients, does the drug offer some relief.

If the answer is yes, then the mandate of the FDA is to approve the drug.
AND, if the drug is approved, the pps will react positively.

Yes, I'm fully aware that I invested in Ariad to make money. I just feel better about
being in a position to hope for the best for the patient. I like my hopes to be
aligned with that of patients and their families.
