Matt creates a board in the Free Zone with Ban privileges,
call it: The Buzz Board

Each stock related board now has on posts: Report Buzz

Assistants are grubmaster and BobZ

its "read only" with posts appended via the "Report Buzz" click,
and only posts in the prior 24 market trading hours are allowed,
and BobZ will code that duplicates are not postsed, but that a counter
will appear on each "buzz" posted to reflect how many times it was submitted

the "buzz" post placed on the "The Buzz Board" will be formated as such:
- first line is that #msg-<number> so one can visit the actual post
- second line of (i.e.) OTC BB | Biotechs | Haber Science Inc. (HABE)
- third etc lines to be first xx lines of the post

ok, since i'm not a savy trader i just babble a little more

only posts of the TA or FA or Alert Breaking News should be on this board

a.k.a. to make money, or limit loses

the 24 hours "attention span" precludes "long hold" stock picks since hopefully
there is a general board for that which eleminates chatter and flames

after the dust settles with Matt, Dave & Bob deleting lots of posts it should
be apparent what the "topic & intent" of the board is for...

a.k.a. not trustmarks "about" IH members, but information "reported"
a.k.a. replace "trustmarks" with "postmarks" a la important trading info

for sure this board covers every stock and "club" board on IH
but then its a great way to be clued in on stocks you don't follow,

for sure which IH member(s) clicked "Report Buzz" is hidden,
as it should be since the info should "stand by itself"
and the "Counter" can reflect a value if the board it came from
is given a measure of how many people post on that board,
thus a "high" count from Zeev's Turnip board may reflect a low value
if the "normal" is knowned for an average "Report Buzz" post
while a "low" count on "lessor" boards could be a massive click'n
