Thanks, Sharktnk, for the clarification. While I knew about Dethrone Royalty, Inc being a private company, etc, I missed the line that it was the license agreement that allowed the name change. So the Letter Of Intent was never completed, shares never transferred to the Swinmurns, but the license agreement allowed the symbol change.

Still unanswered is how the agreement between Dethrone Royalty, Inc and DRHC (formerly EXBS) was terminated. I'm sure not complaining, but it's a loose end that I hope doesn't complicate things in the future.
