Woulfe insiders get to participate in low-priced PPs and get cheap shares for debt, thereby increasing the float and diluting the interests of the rest of shareholders. Then when they get the chance, they sell the shares for a profit.
And then they do it all again.
A perfect example is the recent PP. The share price was walked down to 10 cents so the participants, all insiders, could get millions upon millions of shares at 10 cents apiece that they can and will start selling in January assuming the share price holds above 10 cents.
Meanwhile, regular shareholders like us get nothing except dilution.
If you can make 4 cents apiece of profit on a million shares, that's $40k of profit, enough to pay the taxes on your multi-million dollar home in exclusive West Vancouver.
And meanwhile, according to what they have told us management are doing NOTHING to secure alternate financing to start up Sangdong while continuing to collect their salaries and accumulate options. They will milk this cow until it goes under.
