That case was supposed to destroy the company with tens of millions in fines and disgorgements of ill gotten gains. Remember that?

Gonna close down the company as a result. Remember that?

It was instead an embarrassing failure that resulted in tiny manageable fines and destroyed squat.

It certainly didn't stop them from partnering with Crayola eventually.
