Bid crashers cause panic selling right into their hands...unload huge blocks on the bid fast while setting buy orders a few ticks below the current share price.
It can be a profitable system if you know how to work it right. However, I personally believe in trading to support the share price and exiting on the Ask side. Just my 2 cents.

1. Take profit on the ASK side in manageable blocks.
2. Fight the urge to BID whack which crashes share price.
4. Flippers, exit ASK side in manageable blocks.
