I don't believe this has been posted before (sorry if it has).

It offers great insight from some of the people (outside of congress...though one ex-senator on the panel) closest to what may happen to F and F. It took place on 10/1/13 at the NPC and is posted on The American Action Forum website.

Great info IMO...

Congresses' little secrete...just a rebranding of the GSEs when it's all said and done. And, they can't just take from shareholders as these are some of the very people/investors they hope will provide the capital to "reform" the government/GSE from being the first stop loss in the housing finance market.
