Last time I checked, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) does not tolerate bogus science, and yet they published Mr. Bordynuik's paper (link below).

In addition, the NYSDEC does not give increasingly expanded permits to any bogus pyrolysis processes, but the NYSDEC has indeed given increasingly expanded permits to JBI, Inc.

I'll let others draw their own conclusions.
