Wishing doesn't make it so. Anyway, A/S is 950 million, period the end. That's incorrect, it's 5B, and the company has admitted as much when they changed the language in the 2Q/13 disclosure. In the 1Q/13 disclosure, they wrote: "950,000,000 shares authorized" But in the 2Q/13 disclosure they change the language and wrote: "Total shares authorized Capped by Management: 950,000,000" The simple fact is that they changed the language because they didn't want to admit the truth. That the Articles of Incorporation set the AS at 5,000,000,000 and they have not been successful in changing it. Why can't they admit something as simple as that?
