To change it from 5B requires shareholder vote

The facts are as I've laid them out.

The Articles of Incorporation say 5B shares, and they have not been legally amended.

Any other number is simply an artifact left over from a series of rescinded attempts to amend the Articles, and the company has declared those changes null and void.

Therefor, 5B AS, no matter what the TA is saying, because he's just repeating what the company tells him.

Until the company holds a shareholder vote to amend the Articles, the number of AS will remain at 5B, despite MJNA management's attempts to muddy the waters.
