No, I didn't.

I said that the number of Authorized Shares is 5B, and it doesn't matter that the company tried to, and did do, the right thing by rescinding the improper filings, if they don't put in the official quarterly disclosure that the number of Authorized Shares is 5B.

Because that's what it is.
