Zeev - Do you think this rally is IRA related? In 2001 and 2000 the week containing April 15 was one of the biggest up weeks of the year. In 2001 tax week was the biggest percentage gainer, in 2000 it was the second biggest percentage gainer. Don't know about 2002.

Yes, but after that, we dropped sharply into May in 2000. @001 was a bona fide bear market rally with very extreme readings during late March. The 2002 run was aborted around 4/22 and led into the Nassacre (with a smal;l interruption early in May 2002), so if you assume similar patterns are at play, beware.... A very sharp decline could occur any day.
