Glad your ok and getting back on track.

Ruby has one final obstacle to over come. They have been fully approved for the explosive permit to begin blasting gravel. The only think left to do is get the paperwork so they can buy, store, and use the explosives. Government shut down is holding this up once the ATF workers are back at it we should get that paperwork in 2-3 weeks.

Mr Leopold did pull out some nuggets and they are on the website.

They WILL be mining and completing the rest of the rehab alone with building the raise that was proposed on the Ruby NI 43-101, I think on page 54, to access the black channel.

This will take 3 months to build and once it is completed we will move our sampling to the black channel.

Fraser still waiting on the final AOA approval from BC.
