I covered this its very simple- they have a super small share structure- so taking approx. 4 million shares for the first round of financings to have another 1 million for total 1.3 million in cash and the other portion is for the exercising of warrants at 50 cents

If the goal is to grow the company- how to do they complete acquisitions with 300k cash? 1.3 million in cash could help them with already targeted/vetted acquisitions that they could have been planning for the last year behind the scenes.
