There is a significant difference between the daily reported shorts and air shares shorted off shore. What one will see on reg sho are actually shorts caused by the lack of sellers in a market/ stock that is closely held wherein the MMs are obligated to fill orders and make their money filling orders. In any given day there are a few thousand holders of this issue as in all penny stocks. The longer the wait the more will sell, just a matter of money as the market knows people need their money to pay bills and many sell at a loss to do so. I have traded and day traded many in the last few years dumped down in the dollar or three dollar range for a couple of years that are now seven to twenty five dollars. PVSP is no different, when the MMs are ready to run it they will do so for a variety of reasons , a short squeeze being the most prevalent. They will always make their losses back up shorting at the high end if a run.
