Nonsense, your claim was that because a company enacting a reverse split announced a dividend ex-date that it was scheduled for a Reverse Split dividend. That is incorrect. In reality the "dividends" will be what tiny amount of shares you're left holding after the MEXP split. Your reverse split shares are your dividend.
