I'm not a business guru, but thinking you're the best and never changing ends up being a recipe, imvho, for stagnation.

Simply brilliant! Do as I suggested: turn the text in the message column upside down. Make the Unrelated Discussion column very bright purple. Make the Profiles We Aren't Interested In column red, and make it flash.

Nothing stagnant about that, eh?
