big_money, management didn't burn anyone. They filed an S-8 about their 2006 incentive plan. Plain and simple.

The only people that got burnt were the panic sellers who burnt themselves by selling before reading.

I'll grant you that it would be better to release something like this pre or post-market, though, so people can have time to read/digest it.
