The point is the increased total value in your account , if you got just 100K shares of SNYY @ $1 , your account value is now over $100,000!! that makes margin trading a lot more interesting. No more margin calls for a while! Day trade at will, it has many perks in my view.

Of course assuming this is probably the best case scenario. anything less (like getting a divy with no value added to the account) would be useless anyway. If that happens , I think BKMP will suffer for the misconception that shareholders will have faced. I have seen it before several times. Who knows ...
