That is not what I said. I said that there has to be a minimum threshold met in the prior 7 day period. As new activity occurs, it factors first into the current period, then into the prior 7-day period. Comparative periods are continuous rolling and based are clock based, not calendar based.

Bottom line: An otherwise dead board will not appear in Breakout Boards during the 24 hours period following a dead period. It may appear on other Hot Lists sooner, but not that one. This is by design and no changes are contemplated.
