So when they get their uplisting do you know if there will be any new information available or will the public information simply be what is in the SB2...Will a 10Q or K come out at the same time or will the first 10Q be after the listing....

My concern is that the unaudited financials are going to be terrible....at this point HISC says they are making money but they said in a PR that they ended Dec 04 with a profit but the SB2 says they ended with a loss....

Do you know if they uplist with just the SB2 info???
