if you are talking about the unnecessary filings with the SEC yes.

for the legal filings that they have to comply with they are just delinquent one quarterly and one Annual (due 10 days ago).

why were there all those posts about PRs and 8Ks? incredible the volume of posts here for a company that ships one product a day if they are lucky, spend no money on brand recognition yet is the hot stock on iHub!

BTW 8Ks are only necessary for information that is "material" to the company, so significant new contracts (like Costco was) but not for run of the mill order or minor product enhancements which can be PR-ed and not 8K-ed Each company has their own interpretation so there is no way we can get agreement here!
