SNAGS? Really? That is hilarious. If snags were the concern why wouldn't they have just given Ecco the whole concession? They certainly would be clearing the lake far faster then a company with no money and no equipment.

The fact that of all the lakes in the world two competing companies would end up on the same concession is unlikely. You are defending a scam outfit that has been spending years doing absolutely nothing and providing anecdotal, AT BEST, evidence that they actually exist. Coupled with shady business dealings and massive dilution. Good luck with that.
