The last MDHI proxy vote mailer I received was after the fact. If you read the materials put out on it I believe you'll find they claimed that they didn't have to have a vote....They seriously just do what they choose to without informing the investors and when they do inform it's usually wrong....ie. getting out current financials.

It's just joe noel style tactics on a nearly totally decimated stock. It has "joe noel" disease imo. fatal to shareholders but fine for the few.
