ASHEVILLE, N.C., July 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC), a leading provider of wireless security solutions and products for national security and industry, announced today the execution of an exclusive distributor agreement with Implant Sciences Corporation (AMEX:IMX) for the marketing, distribution, and service of Implant's revolutionary Quantum Sniffer handheld and desktop explosives detection equipment. The Quantum Sniffer will be distributed through the Homeland Integrated Security Systems CyberNoze security division. HISC has taken delivery of units for introduction into its exclusive territory of Lebanon, and will seek to expand the geographic presence of the CyberNoze promoted explosives detection product throughout the Middle East.

The explosives detection equipment is distributed in the Middle East through Homeland Integrated Security Systems' CyberNoze security division. Pro.Sec, with operations in Lebanon, is expected to use the CyberNoze promoted explosives detection equipment for security and protection of commercial buildings and government installations. This significant order for explosives detection equipment is in addition to the recently announced $2.5 million purchase order from Pro.Sec for the Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.'s patent pending CyberTracker security device.
