THERE IS NO COMMITMENT TO 6500 ENGINES... NONE according to what has been PR'd.. Please Document... Where YOU found that there was an OBLIGATION(commitment) to Buy 6500 engines??????

From the PR... MY BOLD!!

Under the terms of this new agreement, Phoenix will purchase engines for a period of at least five years from Cyclone-WHE at prices to be determined at a future date. In order to maintain its exclusivity under the ten-year license, Phoenix must purchase at least 6,500 engines during the initial five-year period after delivery of the first running prototypes

This PR IMO... is misleading.. OR was poorly written...!!!!!!! They ONLY have to buy 6500 IF they want to keep the exclusivity!!! NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT THERE IS ANY LEGAL COMMITTMENT TO BUY OR PAY For THOSE UNITS...!!!.

AND THERE IS NO PRICE... so no telling WHAT the profit would be..

ALSO.... NOTICE NO DATES GIVEN FOR DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
