I have written to Cambertire who is on the hunt for a shell to look into this shell as a possibility of acquiring it to go public.

We shall see, this was done about a month ago when I realize the deal between Cal Bay would go no where. I did not hear back from them but I am almost sure they will if they haven't looked into it as yet.

Keep your ears tilted on a possibility of a merger or take over target. If they should put out news of discussion, this stock would easily run over 5 cents. A LOI would take it over .10.
