I don't know what the hold up in filing the numbers is.

I speculated at one point that since, as we know, the fiscal 2012 numbers are not particularly good--we have seen this from the un-audited numbers--they are waiting until the audits of 2013 are complete to post both because they are worried that providing the bad numbers alone will have a significant negative impact on the PPS. This is pure speculation. I have not spoken with anyone at MDHI since I gave my brief comments on my conversation about a month ago.

I would rather see the 10-k with the audited numbers just because it would show MDHI continuing towards full compliance.

I disagree with you on the fluff PR though. I believe that would do more harm than good. Look at the reaction to the PR stating that the audited financials had been received for both 2011 and 2012 before they had the full 2012 10-k completed and before they decided what to do with and when to release the 10-k for 2012.

I can do without PR's in general for now if MDHI comes through with the necessary filings.
