CSS will be mortgage underwriters. They'll test worst case scenarios all day long for f&f loans. I may apply for a job with them as a loan officer. Bottom line is the government knows they can't keep Fannie chained down, and they're too dumb to change it so they throw more red tape in. Conservatorship will end, commons will survive imo.
