No, this news was definitely not created overnight. My guess is that the recent move from $1.03 to $1.53 (50%) was on a leak of this news. Possibly the lease signing....IDK. That didn't just happen today, did it? Form a new LLC, find a building, sign a lease...nope!

Remember, retail (us longs) will always be the last to know. Someone processed the paperwork to establish the LLC. A realtor was contacted to help find a building and sign the lease, etc
