J4p Could be legal reasons. I thought that the Southern case was pretty much over with and then he up and asks for a retrial with a brief that contains incriminating evidence, some of which is self-incriminating in fact. I don't get it. Of all people he must know that there is no money left. So, therefore, what's the point?

And - btw - it was clearly pointed out in the Process Case that the HTI technology has been compromised. In fact, that came from HTI itself in their counter and cross claims.
