I'd rather be wrong then jump in too early...

Why try to nail the absolute perfect entry point? If you actually believe the longer term growth prospects for the stock then why not build a position on some of these pullbacks? I'm sure we'll see high 21s to 22 again here in Oct-Nov time frame so you could begin to build a position there. If 2014 proves to be favorable for Intel's prospects we should see 27-29 some time later in the year so why worry too much about entering at <20 vs. 21-22? If you don't really believe the growth story then it's just a trade anyway and we'll just bounce around between 20 and 24 in which case why bother with this stock at all.
