Filings are supposed to allow potential shareholders to perform due diligence on a company, but MJNA is deliberately withholding information inconvenient to the story it's trying to tell.

Maybe one of these years management will decide it's worth the effort to file SEC-compliant reports, but until shareholders demand it, they'll probably continue the shoddy effort that's gotten them this far.
