Finally, thank you GordonGekko1982, some who realizes

that the mm's will play us for fools until we get proactive about the dividend distribution. You are 100% correct, until all of the dividends are issued the mm's can play with their naked shorts as long as they like.

As a former Series 7 stock jockey, I can tell you that normally dividend distributions happen within a day or two of the pay date especially if the DTC already has the shares.

Something here stinks big time and I have been trying to get the board to focus on this all last week.

I am going to issue an official complaint to my broker via email, basically paraphrasing yours, just as soon as I get finished writing this post.

Up to now, my broker has be placating me with soft responses about how the dividend is not issued because of trasnfer agent
delays. We all now know that this is bigtime BS.

If we all get seriously on the broker's and DTC backs, believe me you will will see a change in this situation BIG TIME.

SO GO FOR IT, HOLD YOUR SHARES, NO SELLING AND COMPLAIN AS LOUD AS YOU CAN.
